Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Trendy Tailz®, we believe premium shopping should stay flexible. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for our Subscribe & Save purchase option and our VIP Paw Club membership.
1. Subscribe & Save Cancellation Policy
Our Subscribe & Save option is designed to make repeat shopping easier on eligible products while giving you automatic savings on qualifying recurring orders.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time through your customer account.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
If you cancel before your next subscription renewal is processed, future recurring charges for that subscription will stop.
If your renewal order has already been processed, charged, or submitted for fulfillment, that order will be treated as an active order and will not be canceled under this policy. Any approved return or refund request for products already processed or delivered will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Skipping or Pausing
You may also choose to skip or pause upcoming orders instead of fully canceling your subscription. Manage your subscription settings in your store profile.
Eligible Product Savings
Subscribe & Save discounts apply only to eligible items. Current eligible savings include:
- 15% off eligible staples, including all Yak Chew variants, Redbarn Bully Skin Sticks (8 oz bag), and the 6” Braided Bully Stick
- 10% off eligible bulk pantry-style products, including the 20-count Redbarn Peanut Butter Filled Bones case
If a product is removed from the Subscribe & Save program, no longer available, discontinued, or out of stock, Trendy Tailz® may cancel that subscription item or prevent further renewals for that product.
No Cancellation Fees
We do not charge a cancellation fee for ending an active Subscribe & Save subscription.
2. VIP Paw Club Cancellation Policy
VIP Paw Club is an annual paid membership offered at $29 per year. Membership benefits include premium shopping perks such as enhanced rewards earning and free-shipping advantages associated with VIP enrollment.
Canceling VIP Paw Club
You may cancel your VIP Paw Club membership at any time to prevent future renewals.
When VIP Cancellation Takes Effect
If you cancel your VIP Paw Club membership before the next renewal date, your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid membership term, and your membership will not renew for the following term.
Canceling VIP Paw Club does not retroactively refund your current membership fee or shorten the active membership period already purchased.
Refunds on VIP Membership Fees
VIP Paw Club membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where Trendy Tailz® determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund exception is appropriate.
VIP Benefits After Cancellation
After canceling renewal, you may continue to use your active VIP Paw Club benefits until your current membership term expires. Once the term ends, VIP-specific perks will no longer apply unless you re-enroll.
3. Order Cancellations vs. Purchase Option Cancellations
Canceling a subscription or membership renewal is not the same as canceling an individual product order.
- Subscribe & Save cancellation stops future recurring subscription orders when done before the next renewal is processed.
- VIP Paw Club cancellation stops future membership renewal charges but does not cancel the current active membership term.
- Order cancellation requests for individual orders are subject to fulfillment timing and our broader store policies.
4. Failed Payments, Product Availability, and Program Changes
Trendy Tailz® reserves the right to pause, skip, or cancel subscription renewals or membership renewals in situations including, but not limited to:
- failed payment authorization
- out-of-stock or discontinued products
- pricing, catalog, or platform changes
- suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of purchase options
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our purchase options program at any time. Any such updates will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
