Returns & Refunds

• Solutions can be offered in free product or store credit as viable resolutions

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order, you agree to contact Trendy Tailz® support before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

• All orders include tracking, delivery confirmation, and fraud screening
• We actively contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks using carrier and transaction data
• Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account restrictions
