How to Start a Return

- Send It Back: Package the item securely and send it to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. We'll send you an email to let you know it's complete.
Please Note (Exceptions): To ensure the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on opened food items, treats (like natural dog treats or dog chews), or wellness products (like dog wormer or cat dewormer). All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
