4. Subscribe & Save Terms

Eligible products may be offered through our Subscribe & Save program. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to the frequency you select at checkout.

• Eligible subscription products may receive a stated discount, such as 15% off qualifying core items.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscription pricing is based on the product’s current active price at the time of renewal.
• Subscriptions may be modified, paused, skipped, or canceled through the applicable management portal where available, provided changes are made before the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change eligible subscription items, discount structures, fulfillment priority, or subscription program terms at any time.

5. VIP Paw Club Membership

VIP Paw Club is an annual membership program that provides eligible benefits during an active membership term. Membership benefits may include free shipping on every order, enhanced rewards earnings, early access to product drops, and other promotional or program benefits.

VIP membership is billed annually and remains active for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Benefits apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any membership benefit, requirement, or program structure at any time.

6. VIP + Subscription Reorder Price Advantage (Coming soon)

Certain eligible products may qualify for a reorder price advantage for customers who are both actively enrolled in Subscribe & Save and actively enrolled in VIP Paw Club.

This means that qualifying customers may retain the same reorder product price on eligible subscription items while both statuses remain active, whereas customers enrolled only in Subscribe & Save receive their discount based on the then-current product price at the time of renewal.

This advantage is not guaranteed permanently and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time due to inflation, supplier pricing, sourcing changes, inventory issues, market conditions, business strategy, or operational factors. (Coming soon)

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, non-returnable items, subscription order handling, return approval requirements, refund eligibility, and abuse prevention measures.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests, refuse returns, restrict accounts, or contest invalid disputes where activity appears inconsistent with our policies or indicates fraud, misuse, abuse, or attempted exploitation of promotional or subscription systems.
